A pressed ceramic body specifically formulated and manufactured for heat transfer applications within regenerative thermal oxidizer equipment. Our pressed material is more refractory than our extruded material allowing for higher temperature applications.
Our pressing operation provides a uniform block with tight tolerances allowing for more precise installations with minimal flashing on the edges for better pressure drop, less chipping and safer handling.

FLEXILITH CR Ceramic Structured Media provides the most economical alternative and highest value option to optimize the performance of a regenerative thermal oxidizer (RTO) based on the lowest pressure drop provided by its unique geometry. With medium density, the FLEXILITH CR Ceramic Structured Media provides a great solution for clean emission streams for effective particulate removal.
